COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

When you access the Platform and/or use the Services, we may collect your personal information which may be identify you personally such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, details of your banking account, payment information or any other information or information which does not identify you individually such as your location and your devices.
You may browse the Platform without disclosing your personal data unless as may be necessary for us to be able to provide you the Services you requested from us or in cases where you contact us directly. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL DATA

While we are ready to assist you in managing your subscriptions, deactivating your account and removing your active profile, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. For example, we are required to retain records relating to previous transactions on the Platform for financial reporting, compliance reasons and record purposes and we may refuse to disclose, delete or amend any personal data for the reasons set out in the Act.

DISCLAIMER

We shall not be liable for any voluntary disclosure of personal data by you to other users in connection with the use of the Platform, as the case may be.

LANGUAGE

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Bahasa Melayu versions of the Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.
