Closed a property sale after four years – I never gave up despite the long process. The owner initially wanted to sell at RM1.65 million, while the market value was around RM1.45 million. During the negotiation, I was constantly asked to reduce my commission, but I chose not to. In the end, the property was sold at RM1.33 million with a 3% commission. The client appreciated the effort and commitment I had put into the sale.
